Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our Tesla camping accessories! We are committed to providing high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. To ensure your rights during the return process, please carefully read the following return policy.


1. Our Return Promise

We offer a 30-day worry-free return policy (based on the delivery date). After 30 days, we will be unable to process refunds or exchanges.


2. Return Conditions

•        The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition (unused, unstained, undamaged).

•        We cannot provide refunds for items rendered unsellable due to non-quality issues (e.g., user-caused damage, improper use, etc.

•        Discounted/pre-owned items are not eligible for the 30-day return policy. Returns are only accepted for quality-related issues.


3. Non-Returnable Cases

•        Products returned after 30 days.

•        Used, damaged, or incomplete items (missing accessories/packaging).

•        Unauthorized returns (returns shipped back without prior customer service approval).


4. Return Process

STEP 1: Email us with the following details:

•        Order number

•        Reason for return

•        Product photos (if claiming quality issues)

STEP 2: Await Approval

•        We will review your request within 1–3 business days.

•        If approved, you will receive:

•        return address (customer covers return shipping)

•        prepaid return label (quality-related returns only)

 Note: For Europe, prepaid return labels are only available for Germany. Other European regions will receive a return address only. 

STEP 3: Ship the Item Back

•        Use the original packaging or a sturdy box.

•        Non-quality returns: Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

STEP 4: Refund Processing

•        Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

•        Credit card/PayPal refunds: Processing time depends on your bank (typically 3–10 business days).


5. Exchange Process

STEP 1: Email us with the following details:

•        Order number

•        Item to be exchanged and reason

•        Replacement product details (price differences will be adjusted)

STEP 2: Return the Original Item

•        Follow the same process as returns (the new item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original).

STEP 3: New Item Shipment

•        After receiving your return, we will inspect it within two business days and ship the replacement.


6. Shipping Costs

•        No-questions-asked returns: Customer covers round-trip shipping costs.

•        Quality-related returns: We cover return shipping (proof required).

•        Discounted items: Only quality-related return shipping is covered.

•        Remote regions: Customer covers return shipping costs.


7. Important Notes

•        If non-NovaPads items are accidentally included in your return package, NovaPads is not responsible for returning them. You must provide a return shipping label for us to ship them back. The label must be emailed to support@novapads.com within 1 week of our return team receiving your package. Unclaimed items after 1 week will be disposed of.

•        NovaPads reserves the right to deduct 20% from refunds for:

    • Order/item refused upon delivery.
    • Items returned in unsatisfactory condition or with excessive wear from normal use.
