1. Shipping Information Verification
• Please double-check that your full name, delivery address, ZIP code, phone number, and email are entered correctly at checkout.
• Additional fees incurred due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.
• Address changes are allowed within 2 hours after the order confirmation email is sent. After this period, a $15 address modification fee will apply.
2. Order Processing & Shipment
• We process orders promptly, with most shipments dispatched the same day or next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience 1-2 business day delays in processing.
3. Order Tracking
• Once your order ships, NovaPads will update the tracking number on your order page.
• You will receive an email notification with the tracking link to monitor your package status.
4. Delivery Times
We work with major carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL) and select the best shipping method based on your location and delivery needs.
Our strategically located warehouses in Germany and the United States. ensure fast delivery:
• United States: Typically 3-7 business days.
• Europe: Typically 4-7 business days.
• Other regions may experience longer transit times.
5. Delivery & Missing Packages
• If your package hasn't arrived within 3 business days of the expected delivery date shown in tracking, please contact support@novapads.com.
• To investigate missing packages, you must notify us within 14 days of the tracking's listed delivery date.
• NovaPads cannot be held responsible for packages that tracking shows as successfully delivered to your address.
6. Additional Notes
• Delays may occur due to extreme weather, customs inspections, or holidays.
• International orders may be subject to duties/taxes, payable by the recipient.
