No. Currently, the Auto-Leveling mattress requires manual shut-off of the built-in pump after it is fully inflated (within approximately 2 minutes).

If the built-in pump continues to run continuously, it may overheat and become damaged. Therefore, please turn off the pump promptly after the mattress is fully inflated to extend its lifespan.

Yes. The Model Y Auto-Leveling mattress allows you to adjust firmness using the air pump to suit different preferences.

To adjust, turn the built-in pump switch toward the deflation direction. Air will slowly be released from the mattress. Once you reach your desired firmness, turn the switch to the OFF position.

Yes. Slight bulging around the built-in pump is completely normal. Due to higher air pressure around the pump area, the mattress may appear slightly raised.

First, you need to locate the source of the leak and determine whether it is the mattress or the built-in pump that is leaking.

You can apply some water to the suspected leak point on the mattress and observe if any bubbles form. If bubbles are observed, you have found the leak point.

*Please note that this method is not applicable to the built-in pump, as the pump must be kept away from water.

If the mattress gets dirty, you can wipe its surface with a damp cloth.

The Auto-Leveling mattress itself cannot be directly washed, as the built-in pump could be damaged, making the mattress unusable.
